"Teraz Rock" is the only Polish rock magazine.
It was established in September, 1991 by Wieslaw Weiss (Editor-in-chief) and Wieslaw Krolikowski (Deputy Editor-in-chief). The original title was "Tylko Rock" ("Only Rock"). 134 issues of "Tylko Rock" were published over eleven years. Since 2003 the magazine staff have successfully cooperated with the new editor by the title "Teraz Rock" ("Rock Now").
Over the years "Teraz/Tylko Rock" has hosted articles written by the most important Polish musicians such as Czeslaw Niemen, Kazik Staszewski, Lech Janerka. It also features outstanding contributing journalists e.g. Piotr Kaczkowski of Polish National Radio 3.
The journalists of the magazine regularly publish books covering rock music. Wieslaw Weiss has written "The Great Rock Encyclopedia" and several books about Pink Floyd. Wieslaw Krolikowski is the author of "The Polish Rock Records Guide". Bartek Koziczynski has written biographies of Tool and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Jordan Babula covered Sabaton.
"Teraz Rock" is published monthly. Circulation: 35 000.
